Submission Guidelines

McGlory Fashion Magazine is accepting submissions for Fashion, Art, Beauty, Boudoir, Editorials, Fashion Ad-Campaigns, Creative Lookbooks and Test shoots.

If you're interested in submitting your work, please read the following guidelines. 

We are currently accepting submissions for the categories mentioned below. Please send in your low-resolution images to the respective email addresses:

McGlory Fashion Magazine is published every three months. Acceptance deadlines will be posted on our social media platforms. 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY :

Once you have received a confirmation email stating that your work is selected, you need to take the following steps :

  • Final images must be 8.5 x 11 inches for portraits, though we do accept landscape/horizontal images. All final images must be  300 dpi.

  • Include a title and all credits with your editorial. All submissions must be sent before the stated deadline of an issue.

  • All submissions should include 6-10 images. Cover stories will be selected by our staff.

  • Include full photo, designer, and model / agency credits. A word document should be attached including this information.

  • Images must be in a story or spread format without watermarks or logos. We do not accept singular images.

  • All images submitted will be treated as a contribution only.

 

DESIGNER / BRAND SUBMISSIONS:

If you are an emerging designer or clothing brand looking to be featured, please email us at Designermfm@gmail.com with the headline “Designer/Brand Submission”. Include product images, a lookbook, a link to your website and a brief paragraph stating who you are. Garments must be showcased in the images.

We accept  submissions via UPS or International post.

All shipped items MUST be accompanied with a prepaid return shipping label. Items without a prepaid shipping label will not be returned unless arrangements have been made prior to shipping.

Clothing

Editorials must feature multiple looks and/or multiple designers. Multiple images of the same look won’t be considered an editorial and will therefore be rejected.

 

BEAUTY:

This includes hair / wardrobe stylists and makeup / body paint artists. If you are interested in working with us on an upcoming shoot, please email us with images of your most recent work to beautymfm@gmail.com. You will be contacted upon approval. Please include your personal information.

 

ART SUBMISSIONS :

We love Art too!  We encourage any and all aspiring artists out there to send us your work so we can feature it! Email us at Artmfmdpt@gmail.com

 

CONTRIBUTING WRITER / BLOGGER SUBMISSIONS :

At McGlory Fashion Magazine we are always looking for guest writers and bloggers who would like to contribute to the magazine and website.

If you are interested in writing or blogging for the magazine, please send an email to writermfm@gmail.com with the headline “Writer/Blogger Submission”. Include writing samples and links to your work, blog or portfolio.

Some of the topics we cover include art, artist and designer interviews, DIY fashion, and creative arts-based digital technology. We love people who are creative and think differently.

 

And last but not the least...

Please be patient. We receive a lot of submissions that we try to review and respond in a timely manner. 

McGlory Fashion Magazine does not provide free print copies. Currently, the publication is printed and sold  exclusively at Magcloud. (www.magcloud.com)
